How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance for standard services, and 4-6 weeks for major colour transformations or weekend appointments to ensure you secure your preferred time and stylist.
Do I need a patch test before a colour service?
Yes. Client safety is our top priority. All new clients requiring a colour service must have an allergy alert test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. This is a quick process that takes only a few minutes in the salon.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
I'm not sure what to book. Can I get a consultation?
Absolutely! We offer complimentary 15-minute consultations. This allows us to assess your hair, discuss your goals, and recommend the exact services required to achieve your desired look safely.
Which products do you use?
We use only premium, professional-grade products that prioritise hair health. Our primary colour house is L’Oréal Professionnel, and we are proud to stock Kérastase and Olaplex for luxury care and styling.
